Equipping a sports corner in the country is not at all difficult. If you want to use summer time to train the muscles of your arms and legs, you can make a small trainer with your own hands. It will take a few days to build the machine, but you end up with a wellness center right in the garden.

How to assemble a simulator

It is necessary

Pine blocks, pine slats, boards, plywood, steel corners, bolts, screws

Instructions

Step 1

To make a simulator, you will need planed bars, slats, waterproof plywood. You will also need fasteners: corners, bolts with washers and nuts, studs.

Step 2

Make the side frames of the machine. Perform corner joints of parts with a cut in half a tree. Glue the contact surfaces, and after the glue dries, reinforce the connections with bolts. Assemble the frame from the frames by connecting the frames with transverse bars.

Step 3

Embed the cross-section beams into the vertical frame and bolt them to the horizontal bars of the base frame.

Step 4

Make a leg muscle training device and shelf insert. Fix the short shelf element permanently with screws, and leave the long one removable. Attach the pine boards from which the shelf is made to 18 mm plywood from below using screws.

Step 5

The role of an inclined plane for working out the abdominal muscles will be played by an attached shelf with two supporting corners. Reinforce the shelf with a piece of plywood glued underneath. During training, the legs will rest against the round bar, which is installed between the vertical uprights.

Step 6

Since the simulator will experience heavy loads, fasten its frame at the corners with steel corners. After assembling the structure, determine the length of the suspension cables and tie the loops for the handles. Use gravel bags as weights.

Step 7

Round off the front edges of the wood pieces. Prime the wooden parts and then cover with varnish or paint for outdoor use. Slide the expanded polystyrene tubes onto the crossbeams.
