Many people would like to have a beautiful body. A chiseled figure, smooth lines, elastic muscles are much more attractive than a swim-up silhouette and a prominent tummy. However, beauty requires work on yourself, and work on a regular basis.
Instructions
Step 1
Food
What people look like often depends on what they eat. If you want to get rid of a saggy tummy, loose hips and folds on the back, reconsider your diet and diet.
Give up fatty meat in favor of lean varieties of fish and poultry. Exclude from the menu or reduce in it the content of such products as smoked meats, flour, sweet, alcohol. Let vegetables and fruits replace them in your diet.
As for the regularity of food, there are also nuances here. Stop snacking. Eat at least 4-5 times a day so as not to feel hungry. In this case, the portions should be small. Have dinner no later than 3-4 hours before bedtime.
Step 2
Exercises
Exercise regularly to keep your body fit and muscles elastic. To keep yourself in shape, it is enough to engage in fitness 2 times a week for 1 hour. If the volume and shape of the body leave much to be desired, then the number of weekly exercises should be increased up to 3-4 times.
During your workout, try to work all muscle groups. Change the program from time to time so that there is no addiction and decrease in the effectiveness of exercise. Remember not to eat 2 hours before and 2 hours after training.
Step 3
Lifestyle
Redefine your lifestyle. People are made by their habits. A sagging waist is the result of a couple of subtle but everyday actions that a person takes or does not take. What habits make your body look ugly? Change them and your body will begin to acquire grace very quickly.
For example, instead of felting in bed in the morning, do some exercises, take a contrast shower. Or, returning from work, get off the bus a couple of stops early and walk the rest of the way home. Or go to a bakery a couple of blocks away from the store opposite your house for bread.
