Many former athletes are frankly bewildered how it turns out that they have been / have been involved in sports all their life, but it turns out that he / she has thinned joint cartilage, prolapse of the uterus and many other health surprises?

It's very simple, if someone decides to devote his life to sports, he must be prepared for the fact that sports are not only a hobby and apparent health, but also one of the dangerous professions. Also, it is worth considering that by the age of forty, many of his organs will be worn out so much that disability is even possible.

What are the healthiest sports?

Yes, none! The only sports movements that every person is simply obliged to perform on a daily basis are:

- walking, including shopping. Moving, but without exhausting efforts for at least two hours, is useful.

- running, calm and rare. That is, you can run to the stop if you do not catch the bus / tram / trolleybus.

- swimming, it relaxes and relieves stress.

Thus, it turns out that the only useful sport is life itself, however, without constant sitting on the fifth point. By the way, lifting and carrying weights is also violence against the body. Better to go to the grocery store ten times, taking healthy walks, than to bring everything home once and at once.

Remember, you can go in for sports, but not to the detriment of your health. Sport should bring joy and relief / vigor to the body, and if sport exhausts it, it means that the body is working hard and the consequences of such a hobby will be very sad.
