Growth hormone - somatotropin will be produced at night to ensure construction and energy processes.

All of these hormones are capable of giving the order to break down fat (lipolysis). But this is not at all important for us. It is important for us that all hormones in any case circulate evenly through the bloodstream. You cannot force the hormone to circulate in any one place (in the abdomen, for example). It's impossible! If the corresponding hormone is produced, then it will interact with all the fat cells of the body.

This is a scientific explanation of why you cannot burn fat strictly in the waist area, without reducing its amount elsewhere. Fat-burning hormones will always interact with your entire body, but with different effects! Fat will not go off equally in all places. Somewhere faster, but somewhere very slow. This is due to capillarization and the number of required receptors in the muscles.

I would like to dispel another very popular myth about mechanical and thermal fat burning. We are talking about losing weight with a variety of massages (anti-cellulite, fat burning, etc.), saunas, baths, all kinds of vibrators for shaking fat, special belts for weight loss and other obscurantism. Fat breakdown is essentially a normal chemical reaction (breaking down triglycerides into fatty acids). From this it can be concluded that the fat in the body cannot be “melted” or “squeezed out” from the fat cell. And a variety of procedures, such as massages, baths, saunas and other things, can solve the only problem - to activate increased blood flow in your fatty tissues, improve blood circulation in the muscles. Of course, the more active the blood supply, the more the necessary hormones will get to your fat cells. But this is just an improvement in transport routes and nothing more. Without the right eating habits and competent training, fat will remain in place, despite all the tricks.
