Recovering from fitness and sports requires proper rest. The result from the classes will be maximum and fatigue will not prevent you from doing household chores if you follow simple rules.

Step 1
Cool down to recuperate after your workout. This will prevent muscle pain, enhance metabolic processes in the muscular system and relieve tension.
Step 2
Be sure to rehydrate your body after exercising. After your workout, drink a glass of clean water or freshly squeezed juice. You will feel refreshed and thirst quenched.
Step 3
After class, it is recommended to eat properly. Fruit, yogurt, a granola bar, or a handful of nuts are great for a light snack. And then, after 2-3 hours, you need to eat well.
Step 4
Massage - great for helping to relax and relieve muscle tension. Even the simplest rubbing and massage movements will restore and improve blood circulation, and hence the transport of nutrients to the joints and muscles.
Step 5
Sleep is the best remedy for fatigue and pain after sports. Indulge yourself in bed for an extra couple of hours.
