Step 1

Step 2

Learning self-defense has other goals as well, such as reducing the number of accidents. But in any case, the recommended self-defense techniques are only designed to curb the bully you are facing.

A certain minimum of self-defense techniques that need to be learned:

release from grips; defend against strikes by an unarmed person; protect yourself from blows with a knife or stick; defend against firearms at close range.

Step 3

Always remember that you are learning to defend yourself, not to attack. If there is no fact of attack, then it is impossible to apply the learned techniques.

Step 4

In order to learn self-defense techniques, choose a partner for yourself, or organize a whole group (4 - 6 people). Determine the exact time of the classes, considering that one lesson is 40 - 50 minutes. Exercise 2 to 3 times a week. At the beginning of each lesson, a general warm-up is required (8-10 minutes), after which divide into pairs. You must work in a complex manner: in each pair, the "attacker" makes a conditioned attack several times in a row. The "defender" hones the learned self-defense technique. Then switch roles. Repeat this until the technique is secured and perfected.

Step 5

Learn techniques without resistance. The movements should be smooth, without jerks and at the beginning of the study, they should be schematically disassembled. At the first painful sensations, you should give a conditioned signal, and the opponent should loosen his grip. Remember to exercise regularly.
