As in any other ball game, in basketball, you must initially set a correct and accurate throw. This is the basis of this game. There are a few things to consider in order to make accurate hits over and over again. Here's what to look out for if you want to consistently make 3-point hits.

Basketball ball, net, gym, coach
Instructions
Step 1
Pay attention to the position of your hands. You need to learn how to throw with one hand so that the other is holding the ball. Point your middle and index fingers back (away from the ring) and keep your elbow pointing directly at the ring. This position will be difficult if you have had broken arms. Also, your triceps should be parallel to the floor.
Step 2
Look at how your legs are positioned. You need to put your right foot slightly forward if you are going to throw with your right hand. Make sure that your foot is pointing towards the ring. Bend your knees slightly. All this is done for a good jump. This will make you much more comfortable.
Step 3
Take a throw. At the same time, first jump a little and before hovering - throw the ball. The elbow must be straightened. Make a sharp movement with your brushes - then the ball will fly higher and stronger. See clearly where you are throwing the ball. At the end of the throw, the hand should be pointing up. The final position of the ball depends on this.
Step 4
Practice constantly. The correct throw comes with experience. Everything is very simple here - the more you complete the previous 3 points, the faster you will learn. If you don’t do this, forget about champion throws. Some basketball players make hundreds of thousands of shots in their careers, miss many times, but this is the only way they gain invaluable experience. You need to do the same!
Step 5
Find yourself a mentor. Without a great coach, it is very difficult to quickly learn how to accurately hit the basket. Even knowing the instructions, it is not always possible to make accurate shots technically correctly. Because you are not a robot and you are also wrong. A mentor is needed to correct your position of arms, legs, back, head during training throws. You will be very lucky if you come across such an empathetic coach who will follow your every shot.
Step 6
Believe in victory. If you make purely mechanical throws, without faith in yourself and in victory, then such training will be in vain! It is very important with every thought to approach constant progress and success. This is the only way you can quickly learn to throw and hit, not only in training, but also at the most crucial moments during the match.
