Lying still is recommended only in therapeutic baths, in other cases it is extremely useful to force relaxed muscles to work. Exercising in the bath is another great way to exercise for the busy or lazy, and it's also very enjoyable.
Instructions
Step 1
Grasp the sides of the tub with your hands and lift your right leg very slowly. Then, also slowly bend it at the knee and pull it up to your chest. Then do the movements in reverse order, straighten your leg and lower it. Do the same movements with your left foot.
Step 2
This exercise is very beneficial for the neck. Wrap your head with a towel, grab it by the free ends and pull it forward, while pulling your head back strongly, straining your neck muscles. Repeat the movement 5-6 times.
Step 3
Sit in the tub with your legs stretched out as far as possible and your arms up. Lean forward, trying to touch the tips of your toes with your fingers.
Step 4
Place your feet on the edge of the tub and lean your body backward using your arms.
Step 5
Raise one leg and grab it with both hands and press it to your chest. Relax it and press the leg again, then do the same with the other leg.
