Yoga can give very good results if we do it regularly. Therefore, it is very important to develop a habit of exercising. You can even see by this indicator alone how successful our practice is. We will receive our valuable fruits from practice when we come to the level at which the number of our classes per week will be at least twice.

In yoga, it is believed that doing less than twice a week is not effective. But also do not forget that excessive zeal for classes for beginners will not be able to last long. The person "burns out" and quits classes instead of gaining benefits for themselves. Therefore, two sessions per week is the optimal amount for beginners.

Gradually, our body will get stronger, gain strength and "ask" to increase the load. Speaking of increasing the load, we mean that both the frequency of classes per week and the complexity of the asanas we perform will increase. But all this comes gradually! We need to remember this, friends!

Yoga does not aim to achieve any external indicators. The increase in our strength, flexibility and beauty comes naturally with our regular practices. But the main thing that should not be forgotten when we do yoga is that if there is no harmony in our classes, then our practice will not even be called yoga. It will be gymnastics, acrobatics, but not yoga.

It is not easy to feel for those who are just starting to practice, because we are constantly distracted by external factors. This is understandable. The modern rhythm of life in cities, megalopolises does not particularly contribute to the fact that we are more oriented towards our inner world and trust it.

It was in order to learn to listen to ourselves, to trust our inner feelings that we were given the practice of yoga. This is not a fast, but a reliable and proven way. This is the road that will lead us to our original state, the state of happiness and joy. And this cannot be achieved without a harmonious approach. Therefore, we remember that gradual entry into practice is a very important principle.

The desired classes will be successful and give us excellent results, help in life and teach us to listen to ourselves! Therefore, our task at the initial stages is to develop a habit.
