Instructions

Step 1

Choose the ball that suits you, as your chances of winning will depend on this. Each ball has three holes for the middle, ring and thumb - they should be the perfect size for you so that the ball slides off your hand easily without having to squeeze it hard while holding it. As a rule, balls from 8 to 10 sizes are suitable for girls, and, accordingly, heavier for guys.

Step 2

Get into the correct stance. Take 4 steps back from the foul line. As a rule, there are special points in front of the track, which serve as a reference point for the beginning of steps. Stand up straight with your feet together. Bend your right hand that holds the ball at a 90 degree angle so that the hand with the ball is facing you and parallel to the floor. Hold the ball a little with your left hand.

Step 3

Perform the correct ball send. To do this, take 4 steps, starting with your right foot. During them, you must lower your left hand, straighten your right with the ball and bring it behind your back to send. The last step is done in front of the foul line with your left foot, at the same time you slightly squat on your left foot and send the ball to the center of the pins triangle. At the same time, the right leg should remain straight and be behind, behind the left leg.

Step 4

Try to hit as many pins as possible the first time. Therefore, you need to aim at the center of the pins triangle. However, when sending the ball, it is better to look not at the pins, but at the special arrows drawn at the beginning of the tracks. If the strike (10 pins) failed the first time, the remaining pins must be knocked down the second time.

Step 5

The game consists of 10 rounds (fames), for each of them the participant is given 2 attempts to send the ball. After each round or strike, the pins are drawn again. In the last round, the player can get an additional, third attempt to send the ball, if he knocks out a strike or completely misses. At the end of the game, the total number of points for each participant is calculated.

Step 6

The total amount of points at the end of the game consists of the number of pins knocked down and bonuses. For a strike, for example, there are 10 points and a bonus equal to the number of pins knocked down in the next two throws.
