Restorative breathing techniques. These exercises are suitable for athletes, people who, for example, feel short of breath when lifting or running fast. To perform the exercise, it is necessary that the arms are raised up, and the legs are shoulder-width apart, then you need to take a deep breath through your nose, lower your hands down and loudly shout any word. Another technique: the position remains the same, but when you exhale with your hands, draw a large ball.

Correct breathing techniques are used to heal the body, lose weight, and treat certain diseases. To perform the technique, air is deeply inhaled through the nose, while it is necessary to breathe with the stomach, and not with the chest. Exhale air through a narrow slit in the mouth. At the end, it is necessary to make at least three short exhalations in order to push all the air out of the lungs. Another technique: a very deep breath is taken so that there is a feeling of overflowing with air, then the breath is held for 30 seconds, then a deep and prolonged exhalation is made.

Diaphragmatic breathing techniques. Such gymnastics is useful for people who are insecure, often nervous, anxious, and prone to stress. Techniques can help you relax and relieve anxiety. In order for the exercise to be performed correctly, you need to prepare a little: open the windows in the room, while ensuring the flow of air, put on clothes that are free and do not hinder movement. Exercise: you need to lie with your back on a hard floor, slowly, without haste, draw in air through your nose and fill your stomach, then also slowly exhale the air, completely emptying the lungs. After such gymnastics, there is a slight dizziness - this is a normal state of the body, therefore, after doing the exercises, you should lie down for a while.

Speech techniques. These techniques are especially useful for young children. They teach how to fully pronounce the words, take your time, control the volume, etc. Also, speech gymnastics is suitable for those who have impairments in diction. All techniques can be carried out in a playful way. The first exercise: a small ball is rolled out of cotton wool and tried to blow it out, for example, into an impromptu gate made of children's cubes. The second exercise: objects of different weight are laid out on the table, which must be blown onto the floor. Third exercise: inflating balloons or toys.
