Work persistently and diligently in every workout. Hone the technical skills of the boxing school to automatism. Train your stamina and hitting accuracy. This is the key to your victory in the ring. Step 2
Find a good trainer and practice under his guidance to acquire the above skills and abilities. The trainer will tell you mistakes and help you fix them. You will protect yourself from overtraining and unnecessary injury by exercising under the guidance of a coach. Do not neglect this recommendation and progress much faster than others.
Step 3
Choose the right gym for athletes whose skill is higher than yours. This will help you learn from them and grow faster. Remember that training sparring with a stronger partner is far more effective than hours of training alone. Organize the training process correctly. Observe the regime and eat on time. Remember that your diet should be from natural sources. Eliminate fatty foods and consume as many fruits and juices as possible. Sleep at least eight hours a day.
Step 4
To receive the CCM in boxing, win the championship of the region, region or republic, provided that at least eight people participate in your weight category and two of them are already candidates for master of sports.
Step 5
Win the Russian zonal boxing championship or the Moscow (St. Petersburg) junior championship. To be awarded a CCM, you must have at least three fights, and at least two CCMs must be present in your weight category.
Step 6
Take first place in the championship of any sports society, for example, Dynamo, Youth of Russia, etc. Play at least three fights, two of which must be with the CCM. Also, to receive the CCM, you can take first place in the Russian championship.
