Instructions
Step 1
To perform the gymnastic element, the lifting by the overturn, you must have strong arms, be able to perform pull-ups on the crossbar. The exercise is performed from a hang, grip from above. A person bends his arms at the elbows, thereby lifting his weight and touching the bar with his chin.
Step 2
For the second part of the exercise, you must have strong abdominal muscles. To do this, you need to perform exercises to develop the abdominal muscles.
This is an exercise from hanging on a bar: raising straight legs with the obligatory touch of the bar of the horizontal bar. This exercise must be performed several times so that during the main exercise this element is not difficult to perform.
Step 3
Now you need to connect the previous two steps. To do this, we start the exercises with pulling up, then raise our legs, put them behind the plane of the crossbar and turn the body upside-down on the crossbar.
