Swimming pools have long united swimming amateurs of various categories: from beginners who are just learning to swim, to professional athletes. And indeed: where else can you regularly engage in such a useful sport throughout the year? As a rule, there are several swimming facilities in large cities. Therefore, if you decide to sign up for the pool, then you need to know a few points.
Instructions
Step 1
First, find out if there are any such near your home.
Step 2
When choosing a pool, its attendance also plays an important role, so do not be lazy to ask the administrator how freely in this regard in the sports institution you have chosen, at which hours the flow of visitors decreases, and at which, on the contrary, "not to be crowded."
Step 3
The next step is a mandatory medical examination. Today, most swimming pools have a medical office and a doctor with them, which allows you to undergo an examination without visiting a clinic, without wasting time standing in lines. Let us remind you that the issued certificate is valid only for a month, so do not forget to renew it.
Step 4
After receiving the necessary opinion, you need to get all the necessary things: you can visit the pool only in a special hat. True, it can also most often be bought at the pool complex itself. If you wish, you can also get water glasses, which will allow you to avoid irritation or allergies from chlorinated water.
Step 5
Well, and the last thing you have to do, before visiting the pool directly, is to buy either a ticket for a one-time visit, or a subscription for a certain period (from a month to a year).
However, there is a significant disadvantage when buying a subscription. If you suddenly get sick and could not come to the pool, then no one will return the money for the classes you missed. And the visit data is not carried over to the next month in any way. It turns out that getting sick, you can lose at least an hour of health, and this is the time of one of your visits to the pool.
