The Football Club is a two-part sports organization. One of them is administration and employees. The second is a club-owned professional team that includes players, coaches and technical staff such as doctors, massage therapists and administrators, as well as footballers, coaches and youth school leaders. You can become a member of the club in three cases: get a job there, conclude a player's contract and go to school.
It is necessary
- - a declaration of desire to work as an employee of a FC, football club, coach or player;
- - Application for admission to the club CYSS, children's and youth sports school;
- - passport, birth certificate or other identity document;
- - medical certificate;
- - documents on education, including special education (for example, on graduation from the Higher School of Trainers or the Agricultural Academy);
- - employment history;
- - photos for club membership cards;
- - the contract of a football player or coach.

Step 1
When getting a job in a football club, say, as a bus driver, a coach for a youth school or an agronomist of a stadium with natural grass, inquire beforehand not only about the availability of a vacancy, but also about the special requirements for its applicant. The latter may include, for example, the ability to play football, the willingness to travel frequently and the need to work on official weekends and in the evenings, adjusting to the seasonal calendar of games.
Step 2
Prepare your resume and rehearse in advance the answers to possible questions from the club president or general manager. Without going through this mandatory procedure, it is almost impossible to get a vacant position as an employee of the club administration. Contracts are signed with the coaches of the team, as well as with the leaders and coaches of the children's school.
Step 3
Having decided to become a student of the club's youth sports school, you need to come to the club's stadium on the day of the official recruitment - with your parents, birth certificate, football uniform, boots and a doctor's note. You will receive the ball directly on the lawn. Show the coaches your ability to play for several hours, physical fitness, endurance, technical equipment, character and will to win.
Step 4
If you intend to play in a club team to which you have already been invited, then the main part of the job placement will be done by FC breeders trainers and a personal agent. But in order to start training, you must study and sign the contract agreed with the latter, as well as with the former and current club, and wait for the arrival of your transfer list. To get into the team's application for the season, show yourself well at the training camps and in test matches.
