Goodbye to the gray days, hello, sea, sun and sand! I want to enjoy every minute. But how to do this if you didn't have time to take care of yourself before the rest and now you don't feel confident? The answer is simple: start exercising right on the beach. Moreover, you have at your fingertips such effective simulators as sand and water.
The beach is a great place to play sports in a fun way. Even a quiet 30-minute walk along the beach ankle-deep in water is a good way to burn off extra calories and strengthen your leg muscles. The fat burning effect will be greater if your feet are knee-deep in water.
On the beach
Running on the sand. Running on soft sand is difficult even for experienced runners, so jogging along the beach is best done at low tide, when the sand is hard.
Beach volleyball. Do not refuse if you are offered to play beach volleyball. The team does not have 6 people, but only two. Unlike a normal game, there is more load here. You have to jump and move on the sand, which provides resistance, so more muscles work during the game.
In water
Machi. Go up to your throat into the water, stretch your arms out in front of you and swing your legs forward, trying to touch your toes with your foot.
Running in place. Get into the water and start running on the spot. Throw your legs back. Try to touch your buttocks with your heels.
Lymphatic drainage. A simple sea water massage is an ideal opportunity to tighten the body and remove excess water. Go into the water, clasp your hands in the lock and start massaging next to problem areas.
Press. Lying on the water, spread your arms out to the sides, palms down. Pull your knees to your chest, lock the position for a few seconds and return to the starting position. Repeat several times.
If you want something new for yourself, then pay attention to water sports like surfing, kiting, etc. This is a good way to strengthen the muscles in your back, abdomen, arms and legs.
