Often, along with the joys of having a baby, most women are faced with problems - a noticeable belly and very wide sides, which constantly remind of themselves, spoil the mood and lower self-esteem. You can remove the stomach and sides after childbirth by performing a certain set of exercises and proper nutrition.
Instructions
Step 1
Exercise # 1.
Stand up straight. Place your feet shoulder-width apart. Place your hands on your waist. Move your shoulders to the right and to the left. At the same time, pull the body behind your shoulders. During this exercise, the hips should remain motionless. Repeat turns about 20 times.
Step 2
Exercise number 2.
Stand up straight. Place your feet shoulder-width apart. Imagine as if you are now sitting in a chair. Freeze in this position. Clasp your hands in a "lock" and place them at the right thigh. Straighten up, making a circular motion in front of you with your hands, directing them to your left thigh, and return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise about 15 times for each side.
Step 3
Exercise number 3.
Lie on a hard surface with your hands behind your head. Bend your legs at the knees. Now try to reach the left knee with your right elbow and vice versa. For each side, it will be enough to repeat the exercise 20 times.
Step 4
Exercise number 4.
Lie on the floor. Turn onto your left side. Place your hands behind your head. Turn your shoulders so that you can see the ceiling above you. Then try to get up. Repeat the exercise 15–20 times.
