Getting rid of the "orange peel" if the body is prone to its formation is not so easy. Cellulite is fought with the help of special diets, creams, massages and, of course, physical exercises, without which it is simply impossible to achieve noticeable success in this fight.

Step 1
If you decide to get rid of cellulite in problem areas, you should not choose those sports that are associated with overstraining the muscles in the legs and stress on the veins and joints. These include, for example, aerobics, volleyball, basketball or tennis. You need moderate cardio exercises that can improve blood microcirculation, including in the "cellulite" areas, so that fatty acids are burned faster and your volume decreases.
Step 2
In order for the exercises to bear fruit, start them with warming up the muscles, and you will not get any microtrauma. To get started, do simple exercises (you need to repeat them 20 to 50 times), such as squats, pelvic rotations, jumping on toes, lunges forward and to the side, walking in place, bending. At this stage, it's important for you not to overdo it. Exercises do not need to be done until knees tremble or pain. You just need to feel how your muscles are included in the work. After that, you can do these exercises.
Step 3
Jump rope for a quarter of an hour. If you are tired, you can rest by shifting from foot to foot or walking a little. In no case should you sit down or lie down. When you get used to the rope a little, increase the time for performing the jumps, but little by little, up to 45 minutes. Then gradually decrease this time.
Step 4
Twist the gymnastic hoop (hula hoop) for 15 minutes every day. This is a very good way to get rid of excess build-up around your waist and hips. Do not perform the hoop exercise for more than a quarter of an hour.
Step 5
Lying on your back, bend your knees and put your hands on the back of your head. Slowly lift your upper torso, trying to tighten your abdominal muscles and buttocks. The shoulders and back of the head are relaxed. When you raise your torso to 45 degrees, count 10 seconds and slowly lower yourself. The exercise is repeated 20 times.
Step 6
The starting position is the same as in the previous exercise. Next, place the left shin on the right knee and slowly rise up. After 10 seconds, lower your body and legs. Do the exercise 20 times, then change your leg and repeat everything.
Step 7
The starting position is the same: you lie on your back with your legs bent at the knees. Raise your legs and shoulders at the same time, and then make a turn so that the elbow of your left hand touches the knee of your right leg, and then vice versa - with the elbow of your right hand touch the left knee.
Step 8
Lying on your back, close the feet of both legs and try to stretch your legs up in this position. You will feel the tension of the muscles of the thighs and buttocks - this is what you need. Lower your legs. Repeat the exercise 20 times.
Step 9
From the previous position, lower your knees to the right and then to the left, trying to touch the floor with them. Repetition - 20 times.
Step 10
Sitting on the floor, try to move forward on your bottom by alternately moving your right and left legs. This movement can bring a smile, but it is very effective in improving the appearance of that part of the body.
Step 11
Place your feet shoulder-width apart. Take dumbbells weighing at least 1.5 kg in your hands (you can use plastic water bottles) and hold them near your shoulders. Slowly begin to squat without making any jerks. Try to keep your back straight. Repeat the squat 12 times. After two to three weeks, change the set of exercises so that the muscles do not get used to them.
Step 12
In addition, use powerful remedies such as jogging, cycling, and swimming to fight cellulite. Under the influence of breaststroke and butterfly stroke, your cellulite will disappear as if it never existed.
