A sports ground near the house can be made on your own, gathering active and energetic residents. With enough space, you have a full-fledged football field surrounded by treadmills. Children will be happy to play on the sports ground, and adults will go in for jogging.

It is necessary

  • - flat area;
  • - sand;
  • - turf;
  • - crushed stone;
  • - rink.

Instructions

Step 1

Do the treadmill after setting up the football field. A normal track is usually 400 meters long. But, of course, if there is not enough space, it can be shorter. If you make a football field according to all the rules, its dimensions will be 105x70 meters, and the track for running around it will be equal to about 400 meters.

Step 2

Make an elliptical treadmill. Two straight lines on the sides of the field will be equal to 100 classic meters, which is convenient for running competitions. The width of the track should be about six meters so that several runners can exercise freely at the same time. It should be separated from the football field by 0.5-1 meter.

Step 3

You can make treadmills grassy and cinders. If the grass path is well looked after, it will be equivalent in speed to a cinder path. But from intensive use the grass is quickly trampled, and the path will require repair.

Step 4

The cinder track is the most common. Its lower layer consists of coarse large stone rubble. After backfilling, compact the layer by hiring a heavy road roller. Then lay the next layer of 15 cm slag. The last layer consists of black soil, burnt-out and clayey sand. Mix all this well and roll.

Step 5

Do the treadmill called "sandy ground" as follows. Cut the turf into 70x35 centimeters and turn it over with the grass facing down. Lay these pieces on the path evenly, pushing tightly against each other.

Step 6

After that, put a layer of sand 2-3 centimeters deep and stir it with a rake until the earth and sand are one piece. Lightly pour water over the track surface and roll or tamp.

Step 7

On oily soil and coarse sand, you will have a good treadmill. But do not forget about leaving - periodically you need to roll it up, and in dry weather water it so that there are no cracks. Do not walk on treadmills in high heel shoes.
