Childhood and youth
The future footballer was born on July 20, 1989 in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, located in the distant Khabarovsk region. Yuri Gazinsky grew up without a father, while his mother taught biology at school. She did her best to raise her children to be intelligent and sensitive people, so little Yura always studied well, read a lot, and from the age of 6 he began to play football, which he approached very seriously. However, before that, Gazinsky tried himself in swimming and boxing, but due to a lack of free time, the boy decided to stop at football. Mother did not interfere with sports, but even approved.
From the age of 13, Yura began to study in the youth team "Smena". Even then, he passionately dreamed of playing in the national team, but friends often made fun of his almost impossible desires. At the age of 18, Gazinsky successfully graduated from school and entered the Pedagogical University at the suggestion of his grandfather. And it was at this time that the young man made his debut as part of the same Smena team, but already in the Second Division, where he played in 70 matches until his 21st birthday.
Sports career
Club
In the summer of 2010, Yuri received an offer from FC Luch-Energiya, and Gazinsky happily agreed, realizing that he had no prospects in his hometown. The young man devoted himself to this club for 2 years, having played in 50 matches, it was there that Yuri was identified as an excellent midfielder.
After an unsuccessful season, the 23-year-old football player moved to the Torpedo club located in Moscow, and in the spring of 2013 Gazinsky has already signed a contract with Krasnodar, calculated until 2021.
National team
In 2016, Yuri played for the first time in the Russian national team in a friendly match against the Turkish national team, and in 2017 the team was included in the 2017 Confederations Cup, but he never played a single match. And in 2018 he scored the first goal at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in the game between the Russian national team and the Saudi Arabia national team.
Personal life
Yuri Gazinsky married stylist Alexandra Ivanova in 2015, and in December 2016 he became the father of a beautiful daughter for the first time. Gazinsky's mother, as before, lives in the Far East, but often sees her son. Yuri himself lives in Krasnodar and admits that he likes this city much more than Moscow.
Since childhood, Yuri has shown himself to be a very purposeful person who achieves all the tasks set. So, the young man graduated from the university in 2013 with a bachelor's degree. However, he did not stop there and graduated from the magistracy with a thesis.
