A school physical education lesson with grenade throwing can be a real torment, especially for girls. How to make the projectile fly freely over a long distance? It is not difficult to learn to throw, it will take a little bit of diligence and patience.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to an open area where you will not be disturbed by random pedestrians and cars. A stadium is best suited for this purpose.
Take the grenade in your right hand (if you are left-handed, then in the left). Throw it up a few times. Try to feel the center of gravity of the projectile, because when taking off, it is this heaviest part of the grenade that should be in front.
Step 2
Swing, that is, take your hand with a grenade back. The elbow should be at eye level.
Step 3
Step forward with the opposite leg of your hand. Quickly but smoothly throw your hand with a grenade forward. The wrist should be firm but relaxed.
Step 4
Open your fingers sharply and release the projectile. Practice for a few days and you'll be on top of your physical education class.
