Exercises
To make your butt firm, do a set of special exercises for this part of the body every day. It includes:
- exercises in the "plie" style, which are squats with the knees turned to the sides;
- squat exercises of various depths with pulling the hips back (imagine that you are trying to sit down on the very edge of the chair seat with the very edge of your buttocks);
- exercises-lunges forward, backward, to the sides. They are done like this: squatting, throw forward one leg as if you are taking a step. Back lunges are also performed, but a step is made back, with lunges to the side while squatting, the leg steps to the side;
- exercises with the leg back from a standing position or on all fours.
Each of the exercises should have at least 15 repetitions and 3 approaches. The number of workouts per week is at least three. If the glutes are flat and the muscles are growing poorly, the number of workouts per week should be increased.
If you work out in the gym, go for a stepper, step aerobics, and an elliptical trainer. It is better to leave the treadmill and exercise bike until better times.

Massage
Anti-cellulite, honey, vacuum massage is a good tool to correct the volume of the buttocks, get rid of cellulite, make the butt taut and elastic. Most massage treatments are done in the salon, but some can be done at home. For example, buy rubber cans for vacuum massage at the pharmacy and work on the buttocks zones daily, not forgetting to pre-lubricate the skin with massage oil.

Wraps
Various wraps also give a good effect. They allow you to get rid of cellulite, make the skin of the buttocks firm, elastic, and reduce the volume. You can carry out wraps both in the salon and at home.
Try a honey wrap. Apply a thin layer of liquid honey mixed with 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil to the skin of the buttocks, wrap this place with cling film and crawl under the blanket for 60-90 minutes. After an hour and a half, wash off the honey.
Step 4
Diet
If the volume of the thighs does not leave room for erotic fantasies, reconsider your diet. Eliminate high-carbohydrate foods, refined foods. Replace rolls, sugar, pasta, fatty pork and sausage with fish, vegetables, lean meats and poultry, and fruits.
