Preparations for the Sochi Olympics began 7 years ago. These years, the leadership of the country and the Olympic Committee have been working on the construction of facilities and sports facilities. And the state official Bilalov made his "contribution" to this activity. True, he played not the main role in preparing for the Games, but rather a negative one.

Akhmed Gadzhievich Bilalov, a Russian businessman and politician, angered President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. The reason is the failure of the springboard complexes. The vice-president of the Russian Olympic Committee failed to cope with his task to organize the construction and commission the sports facilities on time.
Bilalov, as the head of the board of directors of the North Caucasus Resorts, had to take the assigned duties more seriously. In addition, he had a great experience of working on sports grounds.
When the President of the Russian Federation inspected construction projects in Sochi, he noticed many unpleasant moments. In addition to the "Roller Coaster", because of which Bilalov had difficulties, other objects were also quite problematic. To the question: "Who is responsible for all this?", Followed by the answer: "All the same person involved." It was about Bilalov. Therefore, Vladimir Putin ordered to remove him from both high positions.
The problem was noticed a year ago. Even then, Bilalov did not meet the deadlines, but no one attached significant importance to this. However, when the question became about dismissal, he did not admit his mistakes and blamed the authorities for everything.
It is not surprising why Vladimir Putin was angry with Akhmed Bilalov and went to such extreme measures as dismissal. It may have been an unexpected blow, but at least it was well deserved.

But trampolines are, unfortunately, not the only problem. Of the 349 objects, there are problems with 49 more. And, possibly, due to the construction of Sochi-2014, not only Bilalov will suffer, but also other high-ranking people.
According to one version, Akhmed and his brother Magomed had a kind of sports and political duet: the younger builds, the older negotiates with the authorities. But this did not last long. As a result, Akhmed Bilalov's career ended in a tough scandal.
In addition to construction, Bilalov did not justify the confidence of the president also in financial matters. He is accused of illegally using a loan from Vnesheconombank.
Bilalov abused his official powers more than once. The Prosecutor General's Office is now carrying out some investigations, and the former director may face imprisonment.
