If you decide to diversify your morning exercises with new exercises or just tone your muscles - the horizontal bar is perhaps the simplest, cheapest and most effective way to solve these problems. But if you do not know how to properly fix the horizontal bar on the wall, then let's take a look at the simplest ways to do it.
Instructions
Step 1
Try to get a special key for unwinding the horizontal bar if it is an old model, but the side fasteners still slide out. This is the easiest way to solve the problem when the distance between the walls is too large to install a conventional horizontal bar without a holder. Remember that you need to install it almost to the very ceiling, if it is installed too low, you will feel discomfort during the exercises. If the model is new, then simply unscrew the fasteners to the required distance and fix.
Step 2
Drill a few holes for the pins to go in if your bar is on a stand that attaches to the wall. Remember that the holes do not have to be the same size as the fastening system, otherwise it will be unstable. Make the holes a little smaller, this will ensure the penetration density and reliability.
Step 3
Purchase two small blocks with a length of the distance that in no way can be overcome by unrolling the side holders. All you need is to adjust the bars to the distance you need and how to fix the horizontal bar between them. Do not be afraid of unnecessary loose items. The laws of physics, and in particular the force of pressure, with correct installation, will not even allow the horizontal bar to move.
Step 4
Try to simply find a different location if none of the above helps. Perhaps, having looked around and learned new ways of installing the horizontal bar, you will find more profitable places for its installation.
