Step 1

Step 2
To get started, learn the simplest movements that make up almost all of the tricks.
Step 3
The first exercise is riding backwards. To perform this movement, try to move so that the toes of the rollers first move in and then open. With these turns, you will move backward. To brake from this position, you need to turn 180 degrees.
Step 4
The second exercise is turning. Start moving forward, then leave one leg slightly behind, and turn the other, the one in front, and continue moving forward. To make a reverse turn, perform all movements in the same way, but with the other leg. This element will come in handy when unfolding for back movement.
Step 5
The next exercise is a spiral. Perform this movement on one leg, alternately turning the sock left and right. Do it slowly, it is very important to first learn how to keep your balance.
Step 6
And one more exercise is a dash. This technique is used on difficult turns and bends. So, with a left bend, step forward with your right foot, while placing it closer to the pivot center, and just move your left leg slightly. For a right turn, do everything in the same way, but at the same time put your left foot forward.
