Football is a simple game at first glance. It seems that the players are just dribbling and hitting the ball, trying to get into the opponent's goal. In fact, they need to have a lot of skills. Shooting the ball is one of them.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the soccer ball on the 11-meter kick in front of the goal. Your task is to make an accurate and strong shot hitting the net. Take three large steps back from the ball. Take one step aside. If you are right-handed, then step left. The left-hander, accordingly, moves to the right.

Step 2

Get close to the ball by taking the first kick step. In the third step, the unstressed leg should be about 15 cm from the ball. Point your toes in the direction you want to launch the projectile. Keep both knees bent and arms wide to create balance. Repeat this and the previous step until these steps are automatic.

Step 3

Bring the kicking leg forward smoothly and hit the center of the ball with the inside edge of the foot. Keep your knee directly over the ball when you kick it. Sweep your leg over the ball so that at the end of the shot it points to the target of the ball. Attach your ankle to the kick itself to add more power. You should end up with a cannon shot that will pierce the net through if you did everything right.

Step 4

Add power to hitting the ball if you've trained the previous three steps well. Hit the middle of the ball with your top leg. Try to keep your index finger and ankle down as you kick. Sweep your leg again so that at the end of the strike it points to the target. The ball will fly there! As this kick is practiced, the staging leg should move as far behind the ball as possible.

Step 5

Practice staging your shot by giving it extra power. This can be done by hardening the hip and knee. Invest in the blow completely! Build your legs at the gym on non-training days. But remember, too, that accuracy and precision always trump power. Therefore, develop all skills gradually and purposefully.
