In doing so, he may resort to methods of psychological pressure on the child. The work of such a coach cannot be assessed positively. Listen to the opinions and feedback of the students' parents.

If you often hear about a section leader's specific working method, try to learn as much as possible about it. But do not highlight its effectiveness to the fore, figure out the means by which high results are achieved. In the case of using non-pedagogical methods (intimidation of children, exhausting training that does not correspond to physiological capabilities, a system of punishments for defeat, etc.), you can evaluate the coach's actions sharply negatively.
Step 3
An important criterion for evaluating the work of a trainer is compliance with safety rules. If he often leaves the children alone in the gym, does not monitor the availability of protective equipment, and is negligent in the children’s complaints about poor health, then he deserves a low score for his work.

The ability to find an individual approach to a child is an essential quality of a truly good coach. Often, many sports executives select promising newcomers early on and only develop their natural abilities. But the coaches who managed to make an excellent athlete out of a hopeless person at first glance are worthy of high marks.

No less important, and sometimes even decisive when analyzing a coach's work, is the opinion of his students. If children happily go to his classes, under his sensitive guidance they playfully overcome even the most difficult obstacles and sincerely thank the coach for their support, then this sports teacher deserves the highest praise.
