During the summer, most people suffer from heat. This can be avoided by quitting classes. But maybe there is a way to figure it out - how to train in the summer?
Necessary
- Fan.
- Fitness mat.
- Lightweight dumbbells.
- Weights.
- Sports wear.
Instructions
Step 1
First, you can use a fan. Why is it recommended? First of all, because it can be transferred. You can also use air conditioning, but it will force you to choose a place so that you do not blow out, and not everyone can afford it. It is also best to use a rug. If until now you have just been practicing on the floor, then in the summer it will become more difficult, since the person sweats more.
Step 2
Use light dumbbells or weights. In summer, it is more difficult to study, but the result is more noticeable, since blood circulation changes. Do more reps, jump into aerobic exercise, and you will see results. Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day, watch your breathing.
Step 3
Yoga and slow workouts come in handy too. Apply a gentle warm-up. Even flexion and extension of the foot will help prepare the body for challenging exercises. Be prepared for the fact that blood speeds up your run more readily in summer, and perhaps after the very first exercises you will feel that your face is burning. Be careful, try to anticipate how your body will react to such changes in external conditions. If there is an opportunity to practice outdoors, use it, and do not forget to look for a shade.
