How to train with an expander

To train effectively, you need to choose the right expander. The trainer that suits you has two properties: it fits perfectly in the palm of your hand and has the necessary rigidity. The rigidity should not be such that you can easily handle the expander, squeezing it without fatigue several dozen times from the first day of training. It is imperative that you have to put in serious effort.

It is not recommended to buy an expander with a metal spring in the middle, as sooner or later a fold of skin may get there, and you will get injured, which will noticeably cool your interest in training.
