Of course, an individual technique is selected for each person, but they are all built on the classic scheme of 4 main stages:

Stage 1 - make a "draft", overcome fear and understand the essence of the element. Go to the end. The main thing is to overcome yourself for the first time.

Step 5

Stage 2 - make the element skillfully. Not just for show or slipshod, but technical. That is, you need to understand how it works and follow the technical instructions in the smallest detail. The main rule: think with each repetition of what exactly you are doing. At this stage, it is important to do your general physical fitness: press, pull-ups, push-ups, etc.

Step 6

Stage 3 - bring the element to automatism. You will pass this stage when you do the element without fear and clearly: 10 times out of 10.

Step 7

Stage 4 - bring the element to perfection. This stage can take a very long time, for some it takes a whole life to cope with the task. The main technique of this stage is multiple repetition of the element.
