The problem of many women is the appearance of a double chin. It looks ugly enough. There are three simple exercises to reduce or get rid of a double chin.
The first exercise should be performed while lying on your back. Raise your head, stretch your chin forward, trying to see your toes. You need to repeat the exercise 15–20 times. Very important! Although this simple exercise can reduce the double chin in a fairly short time, it should never be performed by people who have problems with the spine or cardiovascular system.
The second exercise can be done even at work. For example, during your lunch break or just in your free five minutes. You need to get on your feet. The back should be absolutely straight. Put your hands on your shoulders. Pull your neck up. At the same time, the shoulders should be absolutely motionless. Repeat the exercise five to six times.
The third exercise must be repeated several times a day. It takes slightly longer to complete than the first two. But the result, respectively, will not be long in coming. Sit down at your desk. Place your elbows on the countertop. Close your fingers tightly in front of you. Place your chin on your closed hands. It should be slightly extended forward, and the head should be raised. For twenty minutes in a row, pat your chin with closed hands. Do not open your fingers. Patting should be light. You shouldn't feel any discomfort while doing this exercise.
