Tennis is a very beautiful and beloved sport. However, in order to master it, beginners have to train hard and hard. There is a whole range of specially designed exercises to help beginner athletes. Part of this complex is ball exercises. You need to learn how to throw a tennis ball correctly in order to acquire the necessary skills.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the ball in your right hand and toss it up, making a sharp movement from the shoulder. Catch the ball with both hands. Repeat the exercise 6-7 times. Do the same exercise, but catch the ball with one hand, which you throw, first on the fly, and then after bouncing off the floor. Repeat several times. Place the ball in your left hand and repeat the same exercise.
Step 2
Take a tennis ball in your left hand, toss and catch with your right hand when it is approximately at waist level. In this case, the hand with which you catch the ball should be almost fully extended forward. Change hands.
Step 3
Throw the ball into the wall, rotate 360 degrees and catch the ball when it is at your chest level. You can catch it from the summer, or after bouncing off the floor or the ground.
Step 4
Throw the ball against the wall in a tennis pitch-like motion. Catch him when he is overhead. Repeat 10-15 times.
Step 5
Take some balls. 2-3 is enough. Juggle them. Alternately throw the balls so that they hit the wall and catch first on the fly, and then after the rebound.
Step 6
You will need a partner for the following exercises. Stand 5-6 meters away from him. Ask your partner to throw a tennis ball under your left arm, varying your altitude and speed. Train for 10-15 minutes. Repeat the exercise, trying to catch with the other hand.
Step 7
Throw the ball to your partner, rotate 360 degrees, and then catch the ball thrown back at you. You can fish both after bouncing from the site, and on the fly.
Step 8
Stand 2.5 meters from the wall. Ask your partner to stand behind you and throw the ball so that it hits the wall. Try to catch the ball on the fly.
Step 9
Sit on the platform facing each other. The distance between you should be 4-6 meters. The partner throws the ball in different directions - left, right, forward, backward. Try to catch the ball before it hits the floor.
