A very good way to get yourself to run is by walking the dog. Your pet will not give you even a minute of peace and in any case will pull you out into the street. In addition, most dogs are big speed runners. Running in the park together will be much more fun. In this case, it will be possible to say that you are not walking your pet, but he is you.
Step 3
If you are not attracted to the prospect of simple running, you can resort to roller skating. The muscles, of course, here are not exactly the ones that strain when running, but this way you can accustom yourself to daily outings and train your legs. In addition, for many people, roller skating seems to be much easier than jogging. Take advantage of the summer months to get used to physical activity, if not daily, then at least more or less regular. And when the cold and rain come, you will no longer be able to sit still for days on end and go jogging, and after the snow falls, maybe you will get up on skis.

Team support is a great thing, so get your friends to join in your new hobby. Let one of them (some early bird - surely there is one among your friends) wakes you up in the morning with a call and a loud shout into the receiver "Get out for a run!" But even better to captivate your friends for real and pull them out with the whole crowd with you to the park or to the embankment. You will see that even if there is a small company, it will be much easier to force yourself to leave. Choose beautiful places for jogging with friends, places you don't go to often because of work or school. This will be another incentive to get up early and pull on your sneakers.

However, all these tricks will not work if there is no main thing - understanding that you really need it. Take another look at your health, look in the mirror, compare yourself with others.
