Body flexibility allows you to do a lot of exercises, but it can only be achieved if the muscles are well stretched. You can improve their condition and stretch muscle fibers if you follow a few rules.
Instructions
Step 1
Exercise Daily Muscle stretching is a long process in which muscle fibers are gradually extended. It takes the body some time to remember the tightness of the muscles. Spend at least 20 minutes each day and your body will gradually begin to respond to you with greater flexibility.
Step 2
Warm Up Before starting any set, be sure to do a few exercises to warm up your muscles. They help improve blood circulation and blood flow to the muscles. Make swings with your hands, bends and other seemingly banal elements. They will help you not to get injured and effectively complete further tasks.
Step 3
Do static exercises. It is static stretching that brings the greatest and fastest result. They consist in the fact that you take a certain position in which you feel a strong muscle stretch. In this case, you relax, and the stretched muscles continue to push forward, transferring to them all the tension released from the rest of the body. Static exercises are good with an assistant who will gently increase the stretch.
Step 4
Stop when painful sensations. Pain during exercise is a bad sign and does not mean that the muscles are working. Reduce the amount of stretching or stop doing the exercise altogether if it feels painful. Continued tensioning can cause serious injury.
Step 5
Practice yoga or Pilates. These two types of fitness are aimed at stretching the muscles and getting rid of the negative energy that hinders your movement. On the positive side, the classes are supervised by professionals. They will prevent injury if the exercises are performed incorrectly and will help identify those areas that need the most attention.
