With the arrival of spring, many of us wake up with enthusiasm and want to put the figure in order in a short period of time. But quite often the desire to train quickly disappears. To prevent this from happening, you need to understand your mistakes.

1. Incorrectly set goal. Perhaps you yourself cannot name the exact reason why you decided to visit the fitness center. Before purchasing a subscription, it is important to clearly understand what goals you are trying to achieve. Only this approach will help you understand what you need to do in order to achieve a certain result.

2. Fast results. You've only been to the gym for two weeks and are already getting on the scale and measuring your waist, but there are no results? Apathy immediately appears and the desire to continue training further disappears. If in a short time the result is not visible, then this does not mean at all that it is not. Most importantly, be persistent and do not give up classes.

3. Too difficult training. Many people believe that the result should not be long in coming, you need to load your body as much as possible. If you are a beginner, you should remember that you can only increase the load gradually and evenly. In addition, an unprepared body can get a shock from sudden exertion. After completing complex strength exercises, give your body rest for a couple of days, otherwise weakness, severe fatigue and unwillingness to continue exercising are guaranteed to you, and it will not be easy to recover.

If you really want to get the desired effect from your workouts, set a clear goal for yourself, decide on a program and pace, follow the instructor's recommendations and do not skip workouts for no reason.
