Many novice fighters want to know the answer to the sacramental question - how to pump up your punch and make it lightning fast. The force of the impact depends on the speed multiplied by the mass. This can also be called impact power. What steps do you need to take to make your punch sharp and strong?

It is necessary

  • - Gloves;
  • - punching bag;
  • - boxing paws;
  • - cloth or towel;
  • - coach or sparring partner.

Instructions

Step 1

Train your tendon strikes. They will be the most effective in your arsenal. Start moving not from the legs, shoulder or body, but vice versa from the fingers of the hands: throw your hands briskly and relaxed towards the target. At the moment of contact with the object, convey all the effort and rigidity. After that, return your hands to their original position and be ready to strike the next blow. Use your entire body while striking.

Step 2

Feel the power of a tendon strike on yourself. Wet your hands with water and try to make a splashing motion in a hard place that is within your arm's reach.

Step 3

Use a more relaxed hand and feet, and, at a minimum, the muscular system. The tendons of the body will give stiffness and tension to the impact. Shape your punch consistently. Start by working on a towel or any other fabric. Get more pulling punches.

Step 4

Create your own system of training for staging a strong blow. In general, it should include all kinds of kicks and punches, knees and elbows. This should all last about three to five rounds of three minutes. Pay attention not only to the physical side of the work, but also to the technical one.

Step 5

Increase the impact speed gradually. Concentrate on the center of the target and turn on wave amplification. Use all your limbs to the fullest.

Step 6

Work not only with single blows, but also in series of 2-5 blows. Naturally, make the most of your punch every round.

Step 7

Move a little from smashing fabric punches to punching bags and paws. Plan to do this after a couple of months of hitting the towel. Add new exercises for practicing the blow, and, of course, do not forget about the already passed ones.

Step 8

Write down a training plan for 1 year and follow it! This period is just what is needed to pump up a punch pretty well. Once you have a clear hit on the punching bags and paws, add kicks, knees, elbows, and wrists. And increase the speed and stiffness as you go. After completing all the above steps, you can pump the power of the blow in a fairly short time.
