Instructions

Step 1

A trick that every rider should know and be able to do is called Bunny Hop. It serves to overcome small obstacles and hangs completely in the air during BMX execution.

Step 2

Most beginners, seeing this trick from the side and trying to repeat it, try to lift both wheels at the same time in the air. But they rarely succeed, since this method is incorrect.

Step 3

Ride your BMX at a slow pace. Use your hands to jerk the front wheel to the correct height (but don't overdo it so you don't roll over). The moment this wheel begins to lift, shift your body weight forward to align the rear.

Step 4

Wall Tap is considered a more professional trick. As the name suggests, this trick is done with a wall. During its execution, the rider completely changes the "floor orientation" to "wall orientation".

Step 5

Once you reach medium pace and timing in front of the wall, lift both wheels off the ground like in the Bunnyhope trick (the front wheel must be raised 90 degrees to get the bike upright). When you feel a collision with the wall, push back with all your strength. But do it not with your back and body, but with your hands and BMX, so as not to roll over.

Step 6

The Frontflip trick is considered one of the most spectacular and difficult to perform. It is done on the ramp and for its implementation it is advisable to prepare good equipment so as not to get injured. This feint involves a 360-degree turn in the air when jumping off a ramp.

Step 7

Drive up to the edge of the ramp with caution and slow speed. Once the front wheel of your bike is at optimum height, shift your upper body weight over the handlebars. If you succeed, then the rear part is great by inertia and a little effort will spread after. It is best to learn this trick on a special ramp with a pit filled with foam rubber.
