Instructions

Step 1

Having received the parachute, pay attention to the safety of the seal and the lanyard on the parachute bag. When donning the parachute, ask someone to help. The helper must take the parachute by the knapsack and raise it to the level of the wearer's shoulders. After that, pass your left, then right hand through the windows of the harness, tuck in the main strap with back-shoulder straps, fasten the leg straps and chest strap.

Step 2

Put on your reserve parachute. To do this, fasten the reserve parachute attachment carabiners to the rings located on the sides of the main parachute or to the ribs of the stiffening frame. Tighten the attachment straps so that the main and reserve parachutes are pulled together. Tuck loose straps under the reserve parachute. Attach the spare harness bushings and hinges to the main harness brackets.

Step 3

Once on the plane or helicopter, follow the instructor's instructions. After the climb, the buzzer will sound - 2 short sirens. At this command, quickly approach the open door of the aircraft in turn. Stand so that your left leg is on the edge of the door, and your right leg is slightly behind, slightly bent. Move the weight to your right leg, cross your arms over your chest, do not look down. After a long siren and an instructor slap on the shoulder, jump.

Step 4

After separating from the plane or helicopter, start counting: "1001, 1002, 1003". After that, immediately pull on the parachute opening ring. Continue counting: "1004, 1005". Lift your head up and make sure that the dome is deployed correctly. If everything is in order, disable the reserve parachute deployment automatic. Look around for anyone in the air. After that, get comfortable on the harness and enjoy the sensation of flying.

Step 5

The reserve parachute can have either an automatic or a manual opening system. In the second case, open the reserve parachute in the event of a complete failure of the main parachute, or if the main parachute does not provide a safe landing. Group up and pull out the spare ring. Try to hold the main canopy with your left hand, and after pulling out the spare ring, take the spare canopy with both hands and throw it away from you and up. If the main canopy does not come out of the pack, after using the spare, do not try to deploy the main canopy.

Step 6

Get ready to land 10 meters from the ground. Group, close your legs together and bend a little, place your feet parallel to the ground, press your chin to your chest. Look only at your feet. When landing, be sure to touch the ground with both feet, then roll onto your back or side to soften the impact. After landing, fold the lines and the canopy into the bag on the chest: first fold the parachute and lines pack, then the canopy in several layers. Go to the collection point.
