It is very important to choose the right place for classes: the instructor must have a certificate for this particular type of yoga, since the teaching methodology is very different from the usual one. The quality of the hammock must meet the standards, cheap hammocks are made from unsuitable low quality fabrics. In the first lesson, the instructor should explain the safety rules, how to choose a hammock for your height and correctly perform the exercises: the position of the back, arms, knees, how to breathe correctly.
