There are many varieties of this projectile, but the simplest is a thin bar dug into the ground and wrapped in cloth in the area of impact.

When stuffing, do not forget about the technique. If the blow is correctly delivered, you can safely start training. The main thing is to do the exercises regularly, gradually increasing the load, so to speak, "without fanaticism." At the first stage, 40-50 punches with each hand will be enough. Over time, the pain will begin to disappear and the number of hits can be increased.
Step 4
Stuffing should be done daily. Only regular training will help you achieve the desired result. It is important to clearly perceive the pain sensations. Stop padding if pain starts to increase.
Step 5
You can also do stuffing at home. You don't need any special equipment for this. Apply light blows to the wall, half strength (most importantly, do not injure your hands). This will strengthen the impact surfaces. Be as careful as possible. It will be difficult to break through the wall, to put it mildly, so any of your strong blows will be given to your hand with even greater force. This will inevitably lead to injury. Push-ups on fists also help to strengthen the knuckles. You can stand both on two protruding knuckles, and on all four. And so, and so it will be right.
