It is necessary

  • - 3 sheets of plywood (1.58 * 1.35 m);
  • - about 5 meters of timber (5 * 5 cm);
  • - 10 meters of the board (3 * 8 cm);
  • - screws - 80 pcs. (0.6 * 8cm);
  • - 60 screws (0.4 * 4 cm)

Instructions

Step 1

In order to make a skate park on your own, first, select a flat area for this on which you can place the ramps.

Step 2

Before making a springboard, remember that its structure must be sufficiently rigid. Choose the radius of the structure depending on its height. Make a springboard up to half a meter with a radius of at least 2.5 meters, above half a meter - the radius should already be about 3 meters, and if your springboard is more than a meter, then the radius is at least 3.5 meters.

Step 3

To make a springboard, use whole plywood sheets, or make half of the structure from planks and sheathe it with plywood.

Step 4

Purchase about 3 sheets of plywood (1.58 * 1.35 m), about 5 meters of timber (5 * 5 cm), 10 meters of boards (3 * 8 cm), screws - 80 pcs. (0.6 * 8cm), 60 screws (0.4 * 4cm)

Step 5

First, assemble the main part of the structure, namely the sidewalls. Make 2 boards from the boards, which are pre-sheathed with plywood (1, 4 cm). Align them in a straight section, fasten and cut a radius on such a bag. Next, start assembling. Cut several identical blanks from a bar (4 pieces) for crossbars (take into account the width of your springboard).

Step 6

To avoid distortions, assembly should be carried out against a flat wall. Attach the crossbars to the sidewalls with screws, 2 screws on one edge will be enough. Attach the cross members to the front of the springboard, sew over the top straight section for rigidity. After that, start cutting and fastening the battens. Install the boards for it perpendicular to the circle, attach to the sides with two screws.

Step 7

Finally, sheathe the top with a piece of plywood, cutting it out with a margin of about 3-4 cm in width. Start fasteners from the top of the springboard. Put some glue before screwing the screw into the hole. Cut off the excess length at the bottom of the springboard. Run onto the springboard from a steel strip 30 cm wide, 0.3 cm thick, and fasten with cone screws so that part of the strip extends beyond the beginning of the run. Place the trampoline on the asphalt.

Step 8

Cover the finished springboard with water-repellent impregnation and paint.
