Every girl dreams of having a beautiful and elastic tummy. To fulfill this desire, there are a number of effective exercises that must be performed regularly, preferably on an empty stomach and in the morning.

Step 3
The second abs exercise: lie on the floor and simultaneously raise your arms and legs. During this exercise, you should reach your toes with your fingers. The exercise must be performed at least 20 times, at the fastest pace. This exercise helps to strengthen mainly the lower abs and slightly engages the upper abs.
Step 4
Abdominal Exercise # 3: This exercise mainly deals with the upper abs. Lie on the floor, put your hands behind your head and clasp your fingers in the lock, then slightly raise your back. There is no need to raise your back at all, just raise your shoulder blades a little. Repeat the exercise 20-25 times until you feel a slight pain in the solar plexus area. Doing this exercise every day, the result will be visible in a few weeks.
Step 5
To get a beautiful abs and a toned tummy, you also need to eat right. Try to keep your fatty foods to a minimum, be active, and be outdoors as often as possible. And the most important rule for getting a beautiful abs is to do these exercises regularly.
