Step 1
You can make your calves thinner with muscle training. It will rid muscles of fat and make them more prominent. For weight loss, step aerobics (or its variations) is most suitable. You should do about 2-3 times a week, this will be enough. You can train in a fitness club with an instructor or at home. To achieve the effect, it is necessary to repeat each exercise 8-10 times, only then you can move on to the next.
Step 2
There are several exercises with which you can calf volumes. Here is one of them: first, stand on the platform (for step aerobics, you need to purchase a special platform) with your right foot, then put your left foot on it; now lower your right foot to the floor and put your left foot on it. Repeat the exercise again, but now start with the left leg.
Step 3
There is an exercise for stretching the calves: take a step forward, rest your hands on your buttocks; then slowly bend your knee (the leg you stepped forward with) and begin to squat. In this case, the main body weight will be on the back of the thigh and the calf muscle. Note, however, that you need to stretch for at least 30 seconds each time.
