How to properly exercise the body

In order to get only benefit and pleasure from sports, you need to properly load the body. There are several rules, based on which, you can easily switch to an active lifestyle.

  • When playing sports, it is very important to take sufficient time to warm up. Active walking will help warm up the body and prepare it for physical activity.
  • Remember to be gradual. The loads should not be dramatically increased, even if you can easily cope with them. It is enough to add at least one repetition to the exercises performed daily.
  • If you feel like drinking water while exercising, drink it. You don't need dehydration in training.
  • As for the time, it is best to go in for sports in the morning or in the afternoon. If the body is loaded in the evening, then problems with sleep are possible, that is, the occurrence of insomnia.
  • Food intake should be no later than 30-60 minutes before sports. Otherwise, during training, you will feel not only heaviness and drowsiness, but also nausea.
