The fusion fashion has reached the culinary scene as well. Chefs in restaurants began to offer guests dishes that combine the culinary traditions of various peoples of the world. A mixture of Caucasian and Russian cuisine, Japanese sushi in the Slavic style - this is already a classic. Not all of these dishes delight the taste, but definitely worth trying for a change. And if the hostess of the house serves you garlic ice cream, you shouldn't be surprised or murmured. Otherwise, you run the risk of being reputed to be an outdated person who is not guided by the intricacies of culinary fusion.
