For the practice of yoga, most of us devote time free from work. From the point of view of yoga, you should not give all your time to work so that nothing else is left. Also, you should not rush to the other extreme, i.e. sit back.

Guided by the second principle, we find the optimal working rhythm for ourselves. The second principle of yoga says that everything needs a reasonable approach.

For example, after eight hours of work, we can go to do yoga. Relaxing after a hard day is very beneficial. With normal workload, we still have the strength for the practice of self-knowledge.

If you want to immerse yourself more deeply in the practice, then you can do this on the weekend, or devote more time to self-discovery while on vacation.

There are examples of people who, having decided to come to grips with yoga, leave work altogether. Time passes, the person is in no hurry to find a job. He likes not to strain himself. And so a person covers his laziness with "spiritual searches."

At the same time, laziness extends to yoga practices. A person does not develop in any way, time begins to work against him. It is not easy to get out of this impasse.

Everything needs a reasonable approach! We work, develop in different spheres of life, but in such a way that we have enough time for ourselves.

And by doing self-knowledge through yoga practices, we will become more successful in all our affairs.
