In parks and on the streets, you can find women and men doing morning or evening jogging. Such jogging can be called health-improving. Health jogging as a way of active pastime and keeping oneself in good shape is very popular due to its simplicity and lack of necessary expensive accessories for exercising. It can be contrasted with sports running, for which strength, speed and endurance are important. In sports running, the result is important. There are several types of sports running.
Instructions
Step 1
Smooth running is a type of running that requires either speed or speed or special endurance. This includes the sprint, i.e. short-distance running (30, 60, 100 and 200 m), medium-distance running (800, 1000, 1500 m and 1 mile) and long-distance running (3000, 5000, 10000 m). There is also ultra-long distance running (15; 21, 0975; 42, 195; 100 km) and ultra-long distances (daily running), the races of which take place not in the arena, but on the highway or stadium. The longest continuous running distances are 1000 and 1300 miles.
Step 2
Barrier running is an athletics sport in which athletes must overcome barriers in sprint races. The races are held at distances of 50, 60, 100 (110 for men) and 400 m. The number of barriers, depending on the distance, increases from 4 to 10.
Step 3
Often, hurdles are confused with hurdles. Jogging or steeplechase is the implementation of some elements: running between obstacles and overcoming the obstacles themselves. Barriers and a water pit are presented as obstacles. All barriers are fixed and intended for everyone, i.e. unlike hurdling, they cannot be knocked over. An athlete needs to correctly distribute forces at a distance and, depending on training, choose how to overcome obstacles: touching the barrier or jumping over it. Distances are provided for 2000 and 3000 m.
Step 4
Relay running is a team sport in which an important skill is considered not only the ability to quickly run your part of the distance, but also correctly pass the baton. The main technical mistakes of athletes here are the loss of a stick, passing outside the allowed lineout and creating obstacles for the opponents. The classic types of relay races include 4x100 m and 4x400 m. Competitions are also held at distances of 4x200 m, 4x800 m, 4x1500 m.
Step 5
Cross-country running takes place in a park and forest area. This is a kind of cross-country running that requires stamina and dexterity. Distances are possible: for women - 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 km, for men - 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 and 12 km.
