Push-ups are good for training punching power. The bigger, the better. Master the weight punch - take dumbbells weighing about a kilogram in both hands and hit the bag (tire) along with the dumbbells.

Do an exercise to train your aggressiveness. Build a beastly grin on your face. Imagine an angry dog or a hissing cat. You should get this state easily and freely at the right time. The grin condition will make you immune to other people's aggression and increase your strength.

Step 4

To consolidate skills, go to the gym, train with a person, not with a bag. Or find like-minded people and practice striking with them. Just do not overdo it, otherwise you can injure each other.
