All people come to sports for different reasons: for some it is a desire to gain and maintain an attractive physical shape, for others it is the only way to maintain health, for others it is a lifestyle. The entry into sports life also varies greatly.
Necessary
- comfortable shoes;
- clothing suitable for training;
- bag that does not interfere with movement;
- suitable space for exercise (park, gym, large room).
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you should be prepared for the fact that you will most likely have to look for your “own” sport. From the outside, most types of physical activity look interesting and beautiful, but with the beginning of classes, people often realize that for some reason this type of activity does not suit them. The chosen sport must be interesting and compatible with the capabilities of the body.
Step 2
Among the unifying points common to all athletes, one should start with an inner attitude. You can start exercising, being in different physical forms, but the desire to practice should always be in your head. Attempts to train “out of the way”, because “it should be so” will quickly come to naught and leave only a feeling of irritation and unfulfilled plans.
Step 3
But it is impossible to deduce the general motivation for everyone: everyone must determine for himself why he wants to study. In addition, you should try to feel the pleasure that training brings. Many people are helped by the feeling of pleasant tiredness in the body when it becomes clear that the muscles have worked well. Others - activities in nature, for example, in beautiful parks. The third is a feeling of superiority over those who do not play sports.
Step 4
Comfortable accessories are another key to long-term sports (start and not quit). It is difficult to become a good athlete who enjoys exercise when sneakers are rubbing, clothes are restricting movement, and a disgruntled neighbor is watching the process. It is important to choose comfortable shoes, a suitable suit, a small body bag that does not interfere with movement, where you can put the necessary items if you cannot leave them, for example, in the gym locker room.
Step 5
It is important to choose a comfortable training area where you will not be distracted, and possibly supported in difficult times. It could be a gym or a quiet promenade for a run in the evenings. The main criterion to be guided by is inner comfort. Some people are helped by sports training in a group, others prefer to do it alone, and there are no universal rules.
Step 6
For a start, it is better to train about three times a week, this gives the necessary load and at the same time does not overload the muscles. For beginners and non-professional athletes, such a number of classes, with rare exceptions, is considered optimal. Professionals practice their art much more, but you should still start your sports path with a reasonable level of stress. And if you decide to go into big sport, a personal trainer will make up a suitable program.
