Any professional athlete follows a specific daily routine. This allows you to always be in good shape and improve your physical condition. The regime for an athlete is developed according to the biorhythms of a person and his physiological characteristics.
Any professional athlete lives according to a certain daily routine in order to be always in a good company and to be optimally prepared for the competition. The mode depends on the characteristics of the athlete himself and on the sport in which he is engaged. For clarity, we will consider the routine of a football player, and then we will analyze at what hours the human body is most ready for serious stress.
Training camps
Any professional footballer is familiar with the concept of pulling camps. This means that after leaving the vacation, you will have to gain physical condition, lay the foundation for physical and functional fitness for the entire next season.
To do this, they usually travel to another country, where a warm climate prevails, there are good grass fields, excellent cuisine and top-level service. Such trips last two weeks and are carried out 2-3 times.
During the pull-in camps, the players can be offered two or three-time workouts, which last one and a half to two hours. This is what a typical day at the training camp looks like for a football player:
7:00 - rise, breakfast;
8: 00-9: 30 - light jogging, workouts in the gym;
9: 30-11: 00 - tactical exercises;
11: 00-12: 30 - work on the field with the ball, practicing technique;
12: 30-13: 00 - lunch;
13:00 -16: 00 - personal time, sleep;
16: 00-17: 00 - team meeting, tea party;
17: 00-18: 30 - two-way - playing football with teammates to the account.
18: 30-19: 30 - sauna, steam bath, massage;
19: 30-20: 00 - dinner;
20: 00-23: 00 - free time;
23:00 - hang up.
This is a rough daily routine. Each coach has his own view of the training process. The main thing is that the players during these days could lay a base that would be enough for all the upcoming games.
Games and everyday life
After the start of the season, players change their daily routine. On the day before the game, they often gather at the base of the team to analyze the opponent's play, conduct tactical exercises directly on the field. In some teams, the whole team spends the night at the base to rally the team.
On the day of the game, in the morning, light training is carried out - running and working with the ball, gymnastic exercises so that the body remains in good shape. Lunch is served no later than two to three hours before the start of the game. Immediately after the game - sauna, steam room, massage for quick muscle recovery.
The day after the game, the team conducts a running training session for recovery.
On ordinary days, when there are no games, players must comply with the regime. It consists in giving up bad habits, excessive overeating. Sleep should also be complete. Trainings are held daily, with the exception of the days following difficult and important matches, when all strength and emotions are left on the field.
Human physical activity hours
The human body is very interestingly arranged. It directly depends on the lunar cycle and the movement of the sun. Therefore, we all have almost the same biological clock. Based on this, the daily routine of each professional athlete is built.
So, from 6:00 to 12:00 a person shows high mental activity. At this time, it is good for chess players to train, do light jogging, tactical classes for hockey players, football players, basketball players, and so on.
From 12:00 to 18:00, a person exhibits increased physical activity. At this time, it is advisable to conduct shock training.
18:00 - 21:00 creativity is manifested. I want to read, chat, have a little fun. That is why some coaches offer athletes light training in the form of entertaining games that are different from the usual ones.
It turns out that from 12:00 to 18:00 even two workouts can be carried out, with a break for lunch and a short rest. This is exactly what athletes do. The first workout is carried out around noon, and the second is closer to 18:00. Thus, they constantly increase the load, which allows them to prepare well for the competition and not lose their shape.
